SIMS - trying to setup a commendation certificate

Hi

I am trying to setup a commendation certificate in SIMS. Teachers enter commendations using the achievement section of SIMS and place a comment on the achievement. I am trying to get out a pre-printed certificate that shows date of achievement, the description that the teacher wrote for those awarded in a certain time frame. A pupil could 0 - 5 commendations in a weeks so it needs to be able to pickup multiple copies.

 

Is anyone able to help as to what criteria I need to use for the report? I can sort the layout ok and it sort of works but breaks if there is a pupil who has more than one commendation.

Wouldn't you be better using the mail-merge function in SiMs reporting? that way you supply a template and it fills in the fields (and duplicates them) where necessary.
