2nd to 3rd Line Engineer Opportunity for a brilliant Independent School Opportunity in West London. An Excellent CPD Training Programme.

Salary £35k plus a number of benefits.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to all users
  
• Manage all escalation tickets coming from the IT Technician team.
  
• Troubleshooting, configuration, and installations
  

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

 

• Ability to manage and support the whole IT network - install, config, and troubleshoot
  
• Strong knowledge in setting up Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Office 365
  
• Good exposure of MS Hyper V or VMWare (virtualisation)
  
• Proven experience in supporting 100+ users directly and remotely
  
• Previous background working in a school or similar
