[ms office - 2016] outlook 2016 low memory error

Having an issue with one user. Laptop has 8gb ram and never goes near it but outlook keeps saying low memory. Have tried newer version of office via a fresh install but still getting this message.

Tried a memory diagnostic? I had something similar with an Excel user and it turned out to be a dodgy memory module.
