You do know you are setting yourself a challenge by saying 'All You Need To Know' right? ;)

Do I need to print my ticket off, or will it be acceptable on my phone?

Is there TARDIS parking available? - Never mind, found out 2 days from now.

Can I bring my pet iguana? ;)

For those of you coming by car just a reminder to use the satnav address

SP1 2SF rather than the one Google tells you.

We are using the car park accessed via Exeter Street and not the one in the Cathedral Close....

:)

@AJWhite1970, if I recall correctly, opposite the Catholic Church, correct?

Google Maps isn't exactly the best when it comes to Salisbury. ;)

Correct, directly opposite St Osmunds Church. Aim for the flag-pole

So where does the invisible staircase go that the lady in picture 2 is climbing?

TBH was too lazy to walk the 10 paces outside and take a picture so used Google Maps instead. She's not in the next frame along so maybe she doesn't exist at all... :)

[h=4]Walking from Salisbury Railway Station[/h]Exit the station and turn left walking down the hill with the high wall on your left. Cross over at the pedestrian crossing just before the mini roundabout and then proceed down Fisherton Street. After you have crossed the river and passed the Kings Head pub turn right at the traffic lights and proceed to walk in a straight line towards the cathedral. Go through the pedestrian precinct, go straight over the lights at Prezzo and go through the High Street Gate into the cathedral grounds. Walk to the security hut and turn left following the road all the way to the end exiting through the Queen Anne Gate onto a busy main road. Turn right and our Exeter Street entrance is 300 yards on your right. Approx walking time 10/15 mins.

TL; DR

Turn left out of station then aim for the cathedral spire

When you reach the cathedral, turn left

Go through the gate at the end and turn right

The school entrance is just down the road on your right.

*UPDATE*

The speaker for Microsoft will be covering Teams.

ZeroHour and I have just landed in Salisbury after what has got to be the most painless journey south I've ever had.

The less said about actually picking him up at Manchester Airport the better though. Seriously, they could't make it any harder if they tried!

Morning all

I'm in the office and the carpark is open, so if you are in town a day early feel free to pop in and say hello [emoji4]

If you are leaving your car here and exploring, can you please text me your reg plate so I know who to look out for later tonight if cars are still here when I lock the main gates.

Morning all! We're looking forward to the conference and to meet some old and new faces.

If the chance to see some of the Net-Ctrl portfolio including Ruckus (wired and wireless), NEXUS (lockdown), CEM (access control) and MOBOTIX (IP-CCTV) wasn't enough of a reason to come and see us we're also running a competition. It's very similar to the one we run at BETT, all you to do is visit the Net-Ctrl stand during the show and enter your details for the prize draw. You can download the entry slip now if you would prefer. There will also be some on the stand.

The prize is a rather large hand-selected Hotel Chocolat bundle - A range of 13 items from their chocolate selection. Some would say there's too much chocolate :)

Winner will be drawn and announced at the end of the show.

Some people are crazy. Is there such a thing? ;)

Is there a link for the live stream please?

Usually a link is posted on the day when they are able to set everything up.

I leaving soon - driving down with wife's folding ebike in the boot so I can cycle in tomorrow

I am assuming there will be somewhere I can tie the bike up to inside the school - like a lampost or tree - or something

and NO I couldn't just cycle all the way down - the battery won't last that long
