SIMS and Class Charts for Behaviour

I have been given a task to improve recording of behaviour management using a combination of SIMS and Class Charts.

 

Does anyone have any advice, experiences or links to documents that I could use to give me a starting point.

In my school this would also be part of my remit, not the data managers. But i try to stay clear and push it towards the data manager as i have more than enough to get on with
