Best way to grant access to fileserver remotely?

I've setup a network for a small business (Only twelve employees) and one of them commutes a lot. She is most likely the only person who is going to need to access her files whilst away from the office. Files are sitting on a file server and mapped drives.

 

What would people suggest as the best way to enable the staff to access her files remotely?

I'd say Microsofts always on VPN and work folders.

If it's just the files she needs would something like OneDrive, Dropbox or Google drive work?

I second Microsoft VPN, easy to setup, fast and reliable.
