Dell Open Manage System Administrator - fails

I have a degraded hard disc on my dell server. When I try to run Dell Open Manage System Manager. It Starts IE and then says page cannot be displayed.

 

This is the address it tries

Can anyone give me some advice on how to get it started

 

I have reinstalled the application and added to trusted sites

The obvious reinstallation of the OpenManage software has been done?

 

Have you also tried opening up Disk Management in the System Management MMC (this would take you to where you want to be IIRC)>

What error message are you getting?

Agree with Ric_ that a reinstall may do the trick.

May also be worth adding https://wcsmail:1311 to your "Trusted Sites"?
