Three Wifi Calling Issue

Hi,

 

We're getting reports from the Headteacher who recently just received a iphone on three. She wants to use Three Wifi Calling, but when it's enabled the phone call is very hit and miss and you can hear every other word for around 10 seconds until it completely cuts out. Has anyone else heard of this?

 

We have ruckus wireless AP around the school but it only seems to happen around 1 area of the school, which happens to be the heads office. The AP is plugged into a netgear S3300 switch.

For EE WiFi calling the following ports need to be opened but some of them are used for VPN so may need to put a reservation in for phone and allow that IP for these ports otherwise kids will be able to VPN.

UDP 4500
