Shhhhhh - don't let users/teachers know that we sometime do that

 

when it doesn't work for us it is due to some very complex techy thing that we have specific skills in order to be able to fix - we would explain it but it is VERY complicated and it would take a long time to explain properly

it is NOT because we have forgotten to plug it in or switch it on
