Paper CD / DVD Pocket

Hi,

 

No idea if this is the correct section for this. My techie has been using these "home made" paper pockets for CD's and DVD's for a little while. I took one of his pockets and created a template for everyone here to use from it.

This was created in Publisher 2003 and Zipped to make the file small (7kb Zipped / 40kb unzipped).

 

You can then paste CD title, serial numbers etc on to the Text Box in the front.

 

The little dotted lines are the fold points, and need to be folded away from you. Bottom line first, and then either the left of right one. Then use one little bit of sticky tape at the back to make it secure.

 

This has stopped us hoarding loads of blank paper and plastic boxes to put CD and DVD's in for staff.

I tried making these a while ago and just couldn't get the hang of the folding at all... Then I discovered Poundland sold packs of 100 paper cases for.... A pound. That was the end of the "I'll make my own!" week

I just fold a piece of A4 (normally a recycled bit from some ijeet kids excessive clicking) in half, fold a bit in each side and staple & voila
