North East is big area but we use Technocopy Ltd – Photocopier Sales, Servicing and Repair and IT Solutions and Konica

We use United Carlton. Based in Washington and their service engineers are really goo. 4 hour callout but they're always earlier than 4 hours.

I have used Home | Systems Technology - they are great - their proactive maintenance is brilliant.

We have been using Diamond https://www.diamond-group.net/ for the past 8 years based in Team Valley and they do great service.

We have an MFD contract with Konica (engineers are based in Sunderland).

Its been spot on over the last 18 months and cost effective, we have even added to it with extra devices.

Although not in the North East, we are just in the process of looking at our next contracts, did you know that there are Frameworks out there that guarantee a low price based on government criteria?

 

I have looked at 3 so far:

So far it looks like savings of around 50% on what we are paying now

Another vote here for United Carlton based at Team Valley. We've found them competitive on price, but most importantly, quotation, installation and service is pretty trouble free. Our reprographics officer also speaks highly, which hasn't always been the case with other companies such as Xerox & Sharp.
