Cannot book rooms on the day (Solved)

We have room booking system up and running on 10.6 and it all works fine except that we cannot book a room on the day. No error message appears but in the HTML we see "static admin booked" and "static admin expired". Does anyone else have this problem or any way to fix? Edited by jonathan.lees
