Theldron Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Hi all, Come into work this morning and I can't login to email as the 2FA is playing up. I have them for 2 schools and they are both not working. Is anyone else having issues with it? Cheers
DalekSec Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Just tried logging in, it's asking for my 2FA on my main PC which it never does and when i tell it to text me a code it does nothing... just stays with the loading dots 1

DalekSec Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 "Impact is specific to any user who is located in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) or Asia Pacific (APAC) regions." Wow they done goofed
Oaktech Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 It be borken and borken hard. all of our GA accounts use MFA as does my personal account and our BM's. We are reduced to email on phones because none of us are at our main sites today!
DalekSec Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 "Scope of impact: Impact is specific to any user who is located in the North America (NA), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) or Asia Pacific (APAC) regions." Been updated to include NA as well, i bet the Colombians are laughing at us...

DalekSec Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Slightly confused, it just logged me in without username or password prompt.... i'm pretty sure i logged out before...
free780 Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Check out @MSFT365Status’s Tweet: https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status/status/1064594843949625345?s=09 Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
PlantHead Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 Still issues authenticating here. Phone authentication goes no where and the authentication app gave several wrong responses.
Arthur Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 Was anyone here affected by the Office 365 downtime today? https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/11/26/office_365_down/

Arthur Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 I wonder what they have planned for next Monday? [emoji848][emoji16] 1
free780 Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 Office 365ish All I can think is they upgrade parts of Office 365 over the weekend and Europe is the stress test before the US wakes up.
Oaktech Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 Apparently there is some sort of issue with Azure and WindowsCore today - MyConcern is unreachable and TargetTracker is very, very slow...
ollyyllo Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 (edited) Is anyone else having issues with 2FA again? Was getting, Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again, now saying it has sent a text but not receiving anything. Edit: Looks like the service is down again https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/status/ Starting at 14:25 UTC on 27 Nov 2018 a subset of customers using Multi-Factor Authentication may experience intermittent issues signing into Azure resources, such as Azure Active Directory, when Multi-Factor Authentication is required by policy. Impacted customers may encounter timeout errors. Retries may be successful for some customers. Engineers are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant. Edited November 27, 2018 by ollyyllo
