You didn't solve the problem of the owner of the software being in control if you switched to Apple.

 

Only way you're in control is if you have the source code and the rights to change it, then you can pay whoever you want to change it however you want.

It may get impacted by group policy that blocks downloads for on demand features from windows updates.

 

I've upgraded to 1909 and had 0 issues. I have SCCM pulling out the apps I don't want.

My install is messed up. RSAT won't install and I've tried everything..even a source. I can't install the latest patch 2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4524570) -Error 0x80073701 and when I run SFC scan it finds an error but wont fix it.

 

Shame really
