WOL and Suchlike

Is there a free WOL and Shutdown program that can work to a schedule.. I know there are free WOL as in just once startup or just onece shut down ..

What I need is to shut down and start some PC's at different times...

We script both WOL & Shutdown and run them as scheduled tasks from one of the servers.

That's the easiest way.
