Mosyle iPad Student Logon

Using our old MDM it displayed a list of classes and usernames where users just clicked on their class name and user name.

 

We have moved to Mosyle and it does not do this and is asking for the Apple ID instead. Is this right or is there a way to to change it to make it easier for the children to log on to the shared iPads?

You have to assign the classes to the mobile device group you would like them to be able to login to.

 

You should have a list of users within a class. You then say this class can sign into this bank of iPads. And edu profile will be created and automatically sent to the devices.

 

Not familiar with Mosyle interface/terminology as I use Jamf but the process should be the same.

Have you contacted their support? We use Mosyle and they've been very fast at replying in the past.
