Hi,

I am looking a Video calling solution for ICT lesson. Is there anything out there to make a secure video calling (PC to PC) within our private LAN -without connecting to the internet?

Thanks

Yes - Skype for Business on-prem. Needs a server to run it and can be costly depending on your existing MS licensing. Otherwise, you'll need to use one of the many peer-to-peer programs available, but I can't verify the quality of these.

This will be used for a single term - we don't want to be spending a lot of time and money. Is there any reliable secure third-party offline application?

Thanks

Used to be able to do this with NetMeeting in the old XP days if I remember rightly, keeping all traffic locally.

I know it doesn't help but there are some similar local IM clients that have this feature, Spark I think was one you could run it on a local server. Been some time since I used it though.
