For our commercial customers, the release of the Windows 10, version 1809 on 2 October 2018 marks the start of the servicing timeline for the Semi-Annual Channel (“Targeted”) release; and beginning with this release, all future feature updates of Windows 10 Enterprise and Education editions that release around September will have a 30 month servicing timeline. Just as we’re immediately beginning rolling out the October Update in phases to consumers, we recommend IT administrators do the same within their organizations to validate that apps, devices, and infrastructure used by their organization work well with the new release before broadly deploying. We use data to guide our phased consumer rollout and encourage commercial customers to do the same through Windows Analytics. The update is now available through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and System Center Configuration Manager’s (SCCM) phased deployment. Edit. Windows Server 2019 has appeared in VLSC too.

LTSC 2019

Server 2019

 

But I can't see any version of Windows 10 Education 1809 or the x64 version of Enterprise.

It's worth noting that Microsoft have removed WinPE from the ADK and it's now installable as an 'ADK add-on'. The download link for the WinPE add-on is on the same page as the ADK and has to be installed after the ADK has installed.

has anyone found an updated gpo spreadsheet so we can see what has been added (bar disabling printing in edge which is probably a good thing as it kills print queues)

Although didn't they make the editions one download and you pick the edition when you install? So will downloading Enterprise allow me to choose Education?

1709 had multiple editions in yes edu,edu n,ent,ent n, pro, pro n just checked mdt

Yeah. Every time a new Windows Server LTSC is released there's a corresponding Windows 10 LTSC released.

1809 also meant to have the redesigned faster update mechanism isn't it?

 

That'll be the one to start testing with for next round of deployment I think, should have the full 30-month support too

You can get it by downloading the "Windows 10 Enterprise" version, that has the English Internation version available. The ISO contains all the versions of Windows 10, including Education.

 

Edit: As pointed out by @DJ-1701, the 64-bit version isn't available yet.

Unfortunately that only displays an ARM 64 version, and even downloading that downloads a 1kb file rather than the ISO. As both @Katy and I have tried.
