Disable WiFi on macOS login screen

Hi Guys,

Has anyone been able to disable the WiFi option on the login window? We have some iMacs that the little cherubs keep connecting to the Guest Wifi (without putting in the voucher) so it's connect to the wrong network thus won't login without us going over and disconnecting it.

I contacted our MDM (Mosyle) and they said they currently don't have the capability to do this and the only way would be via Custom Commands (Which they don't recommend) But hey they aren't the ones having to go across site every so often to change it!

Thanks

As it's an iMac, can't you just disable the wifi (by removing the connection from the Network System Preferences widget)? That seems to stop this.

I did wonder that, but yet to test it. Only have a MacBook in the office to test on but hopefully with ethernet plugged in it will work the same.

Seems to be fine after removing WiFI all together on the iMacs, won't be able to do this fix on the MacBooks but they are for staff use only and not pupil so hopefully they won't mess with the settings! Only iMacs we've been called to fix so far.
