MintClass Template size change

Does anyone who uses MintClass know how to make the default 12x12 template larger? We have a couple of rooms that just won't fit into that size. Getting hold of or getting a quick response from MintClass support seems impossible. Phone them and they say please email. Email and don't get a response for over 24 hours. Our first few days with MintClass and so far I am not impressed with their support.
