laserblazer Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 One of the teachers just brought me a socking great WWII machine gun shell to see if I thought it was safe. The detonator cap had been removed and there was no cordite in it, so I said as long as nobody dropped it on their foot!!!

laserblazer Posted April 23, 2008 Author Posted April 23, 2008 What surprised me most was that when I took it apart I noticed it was a tracer bullet. Nobody I have asked in school, including the male teacher involved who is approaching 60, knew what a tracer actually was.
