chazzy2501 Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 We currently still host an excel document that is the whole school calendar, this is because SIMS isn't accessible at home (for all staff) and not all staff have outlook. Is there a O365 solution like a shared mailbox calendar? something that we could paste that excel doc into would be sweet.
Rob_D Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 You could set up an Office 365 account with a shared calendar that would attach to the staff's Office 365 outlook. Or it could be published to URL, but then anyone with the URL would be able to access it. We've done both for different things and they work fine.
MkII Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 If you have office 365 why don't you share the spreadsheet online with edit etc permissions for everyone? You can set permissions to groups.
