Suitable computers for running the SOLIDWORKS software

I would like to buy PCs for running the SOLIDWORKS software . My budget is £500Ex Vat. Please let me know a suitable PC

that I can buy and also if you let me know the vendors that would be very helpful.

A quad core HP PC with a GT720 can run Solidworks for about that budget. Not super-fast or brand new, but available from plenty of suppliers.

At one of our sites it’s installed on Intel i3/i5 and on bored graphics. Seems alright (I think)

We run on core i5's via the onboard and it's more than acceptable, never had any complaints. Appears to run quite happily on just about anything including some of our older Pentiums. Don't need discrete graphics cards by any means. £500 will buy you a pair of more than decent refurb machines from ICT-Direct.
