Pre-school management software

Hi All,

 

Our MAT Business Manager is currently looking into management software for our two (probably soon to be a couple more) pre-schools.

 

Does anyone know of any specialist MIS that would do this? Here is what the Business Manager would like it to do:

 

"... invoicing, debtor reporting and management, registers, staffing schedules & rota, letters functionality, waiting list, and most importantly an early years funding calculator."

 

We currently use SIMS at the other Primary schools in our MAT. Please excuse my ignorance, but does anyone know whether SIMS can do all of those things?
