Not really sure what you mean, but all those 3 PDFs load fine if you meant those?

 

Or did you mean a specific link within a PDF? If so which one and what page

I can't see any links in that PDF. Definitely nothing clickable.

We can open the PDF's but we were told there were links, ie the Play button on one page next to the video screen shot.
