Exam logon for students using Word processing during exams

I am not sure what to do what it the best way for exams to create logon. We have a number of student who are allowed to Word process with Wordpad during exams the old system was that they used a USB drive to save files and one account. Should I be creating a separate account for each exam or keep going with the old system?

 

If creating logons should I use the session details or the exams ones?

We have separate exam accounts setup (10 in total). Each account has the internet blocked and group policy applied to them so the students can use Word as this is what they are used to however features such as spell check etc. are disabled. We encourage students to save to a usb drive however if needed they can save to the local D drive and we clear out the area after each exam.

 

I'm not sure what the best system is, I suppose it's what best fits your school as long as your are meeting the requirements for your exam board.
