Drop down menu in Outlook

When you click 'New E-mail' > 'To...', there's a drop down that would display a list of address lists (this is the norm). However I'm having an issue where a user can only see a very limited amount of address lists. Please help. Edited May 8, 2018 by rocketman

That's just suggestions.

 

Whilst it's convenient it is not offering you suggestions based on the organisation's published address book, it's just offering you suggestions based on people you've interacted with.

 

Your user needs to largely ignore it and use the check names button or address book to select addresses.

It's the NK2 file if your referring to the list of addresses it saves from previous emails.
