Deploy "This PC" Shortcut on to a Windows 10 desktop

Does anybody know how to deploy a shortcut to "This PC" on a users Windows 10 Desktop?

Create a shortcut with the following target explorer.exe shell:MyComputerFolder

Try to deploy this registry tweak to the PCs:

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel

Value:

{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} (For this PC)
{59031a47-3f72-44a7-89c5-5595fe6b30ee} (For user home folder)

Value data:
Data=0 (Display the icon)
Data=1 (Hide the icon)
