We have a 75" LED screen in our ICT suite that was damaged recently. My top hardware guy reckons it's not economical to repair so we have a quote to replace it. Trouble being it was brand new last summer so the powers that be are reluctant to spend money on it.

The wall isn't strong enough for a CTouch or similar and there's no space for a stand. Someone else must've had this problem - what option did you go for?

Cheers.

+1 for insurance, might well be the cheaper option, and a big plus for Loxit!

Lovely people, great products. If they don't have a solution ready they'll have a go at customising something for you.

Personally I'd take it apart and see if there's a part number on the screen.

The main reason it's Beyond Economical Repair is due to labour costs so if you do it yourself it's just the cost of the part - assuming you're OK with replacing the part that is?!
