WOW guys I would like to say many thanks to all my customers and thank you for the above comments , All of us here at CP work in the same fashion, "they know what they want and when they want it" , We do all work on performance but after working in sales now for 15 yrs you tend to appreciate that quick hit sales dont get you anywhere we believe in look after your customer and in turn they will look after you,

Just out of Interest. How much does it help as a company to have some input into a forum such as this? I mean from our point of view it is just really useful to have companies about that don't jump on the bandwagon and start trying to sell day in day out, but can also send us quotes for any items we may need but also to advise on products to help with a job that we may not know about.

 

Does it benefit you guys a great deal and perhaps a good way to reach your clientele/sector? I just think that maybe more businesses just approach things the same way then maybe less SPAM would be needed.

Our feedback on these forums are of great importance to us and this has obviously help our company move forward into the educational sector much more rapidly than we ever expected,

Having a good reputation with our customer base and on this forum is worth its wait in gold as I'm sure you can imagines, the key is keeping it and if a problem arises which will always happen its about how you deal with it,

Just heaping some more deserved praise on CPLTD

 

Always knowledgable when I dont know what I am talking about "Hmm I have a webcam which a strange connecton and a computer - how do I make them talk?", good on price, next day delivery (and straight on the case to kick some ass on the rare occasions something unexpected happens) and always time for a nice chat.

 

If you haven't used them then I recommend giving them a go.

Yes, it’s true. I have to heap even more praise on Simon & CP LTD.

 

Over the last month or so I've been badgering Simon for quotes on lots of random things and he has never failed to either match or better the prices I already had

 

So far we've only managed to order some smaller items with more interesting things in the pipeline.

 

The service I have received has been second to none, the ability to MSN to ask questions is a god send!!!

Thanks so much Simon for sorting out one of my schools with some great Toshiba laptops, the kit runs brilliantly and does everything we need it to! The kids also say a big thank you as they can finally do ICT lessons! Wh00p

As usual simon was very helpful got me a good deal on it. I Ordered Friday about 4 o'clock for Next Day and it arrived Saturday.

 

So got to spend the weekend playing with it. The only complaint is that courier woke me up at 6 am but can't blame Simon for that one But even courier was apologetic that was so early.

 

So in all a great service and a great deal.

He beat various other companies hands down, and the school is so impressed they rushed the order through (which is exceedingly rare in this place!!).
