Technical Services Specialist (3rd line) – Surrey - £35-42K

Leading North Surrey/Sutton IT Services Company with education, charity and SME clients requires a technical specialist to provide a high level of ICT services and infrastructure support. Primarily based at the Sutton offices you will have a strong understanding of a range of products including Windows 10, server 2012 R2 or 2016, AD, DNS, Group Policy, Vmware/HyperV, SAN, Cisco/ProCurve, Centrastage, 365 etc

 

You will be the 3rd tier support dealing with customers, predominately remotely, designing infrastructures, building server infrastructures, supporting the data centre, technical documentation, supporting and enhancing the service delivery, data security and researching new tech as well.

 

This organisation has a foot in several camps including public sector, private and charity and is very established, inclusive and professional and is looking for someone highly technically able, an IT consultant, but also a team player with strong communication skills
