CensorNet and 2Build a Profile

We have recently starting using CensorNet (Secure Web Gateway) and having a bit of trouble with 'unblocking' 2Simple 2build a Profile.

 

I have added apps.2eskimos.com to the custom allow and also now found apps2.2eskimo.com, which I have now added to custom allow.

 

But still having issues with not all the 'areas' being available, either via the iPad App or via the Website on a Windows device.

 

In particular it seems to be when the url is trying to access 'postfile/something or other' or msuite/something or other.

 

I'm guessing that I am just missing a url to unblock/custom allow.

 

Any one had this?

Access all ports for the following addresses:

Please make sure ports 80 and 443 are opened

 

 

 

If you prefer to use IP addresses rather than domain names the following IP addresses should be allowed through your proxy filters:

 

31.193.7.97

31.193.7.125

31.193.7.124

31.193.14.99

159.253.211.93

Yes had seen that and tried it, swapping to the IP addresses instead made it even worse

I don't have a login so I can't debug fully, but I note from using the browser F12 developer tools that they're using a few javascript libraries. I don't know how many will be pertinent, but I would try adding these:

 

cdnjs.cloudflare.com

cdn.jsdeliver.net

jsmaxmind.com

cdn.jsdeliver.net

 

There may well be more, but without the login it's hard to tell. One other thing that catches out a few CensorNet SWG users is the content servers category. It's hidden away in the policies under Categories -> Internet, Software, Media & Ads -> Streaming Media and Content Servers -> Content Servers. It's often desirable to allow this category in your policies as most content delivery networks will fall under these.

 

If the above URLs don't sort out the issue, the best bet would be to contact CensorNet support, as they can do a remote debugging session with you.
