Morning all,

 

Can anyone recommend a managed service providers please? looking for one based in West Mids/Staffs ideally.

 

I've heard of Wave9, Gaia Tech, RM, Stone are there others that you would recommend please?

We are using XMA technical support and they are not very useful...

We have Wave 9 for their Sophos filtering and ISP service and I have to say if I need to use an MSP I would put then at the top of my list. I drop a line to support and it gets resolved very quickly. Don't use CSE they did work for another School that I used to work out and offered poor service.
