So we have Conference Room which has a standard analogue telephone in it. They now want to have the ability to have Conference Calls so if 2/3 people can't make a meeting then they should be able to dial in and join the meeting. Don't need video really just audio capability.

How would you do it without spending a lot?

What phone system are you currently using? Is it just a BT line with a phone plugged in or do you have a PABX?

I don't deal with the phones but I know we have PABX.

I do believe that Polycom soundstation has the features of been able to accept an analogue connection, you can buy these second hand for a reasonable price.

Any idea what type you have? If its analogue it might have a digital bit and you might be able to buy a device more suited to the system other than that the Polycom spider phone might be best.

Not bought one for years so not sure what else to check for.
