DalekSec Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Curious to know what people are doing for their AV on Macs, We only have the 5 Macs at the moment, would it be easier to have just a single free AV on each? Or does anyone know a good Enterprise one?

Didn't seem worthwhile buying a managed one for a few, but then we use SCEP so the main lot were that (Guess it might be different if you have another paid managed one) Steve

I'll have to have a look into how to integrate the Macs into SCCM then.
2ilent8cho Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 MacOS has basic anti malware built in called X Protect. Its signature based, so no heuristics, but do not think your Mac has no protection because you have not installed any AV.

Apparently its ESET underneath but there's little info about it really. do you have to connect them to SCCM?
