Over sensitivity

Hi, we have some of the activpanels installed in our school and sometimes they can be overly sensitive clicking more than one page at a time in activprimary flipcharts.

 

I have spoken to our ICT support company about it but they aren't sure what causes it or how to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this or has an idea of how to sort it?

I recently had this issue, fixed it by pointing the users activprofile at a different folder.

Hi, do you get the same issue when clicking within other programmes (not within ActivInspire). That will determine if this is a problem with the ActivPanel or with ActivInspire - helps to narrow down the source of the issue.
