Net 2 custom reports

Hi does anyone know if you can create custom report in net2 software or if I can export data into powerbi to analysis?

You create custom reports to report on a variety of information - I have a trigger sending a specific report (as a csv) to HR every morning.

 

It depends on what you need to report on, for more details you could query the SQL database directly using https://www.intoaccess.com/?page_id=674&lang=en .

How would I write a custom report to give me in and out times? Also adding together on site time?

There should be a first and last report built in that kinda does this. For true time and attendance functionality you need separate readers to have users "clock in" and "clock out2: http://www.paxton-access.co.uk/docs/application%20notes/AN1029.pdf

I would like to be able to produce a report on First event and last exit event could this be done. The data in in the database how do I get at it?

Old post i know but wondered if anyone using Paxton has had success using it as a reference during a fire alarm.

 

I looked at it this morning but its flawed by staff holding doors for people in/out so they aren't then scanned in/out.

 

I can quite easily send an all staff email saying make sure you always scan in/out of the building as it is for fire safety reasons.
