Office 365 A1 Plus for faculty licences missing!

I tried to do this earlier in August and got nowhere ☹️ Working with a school that had A1 plus for faculty but not students! Couldn’t get anyone to understand what I wanted from Microsoft they just kept saying you already have A1!

It's still a nightmare. We have a new MS Agreement, have been waiting 3 months now for MS to provide A1 Plus. Finally got them to agree to it after providing a lot of documentation about proof of tenancy ownership etc, their official response was to go to the self-enrolment link, which then says it's not applicable anymore.

 

We have the M365 apps for faculty and students, but they're very specific in their quantity. We've had to combine the M365 license with the regular A1 license to achieve a functioning solution. M365 does not come with an Exchange license so it's a bodge job until we can get A1 Plus again.
