[1703, cu] Export-StartLayout on 1607

Hi,

I've made a custom start screen that worked on 1511. Exported etc fine.

I updated the PC to 1703 so make sure it works on there.

When I tried to export I now get an error. Has anyone seen this before?

I've exported in 1703, but didn't come across this problem.

From memory I exported to the root of a USB drive I was using. Have you tried exporting to either the root of C: or a USB drive...

I'm reading that as your trying to export the layout of an upgraded machine...

First make sure you are running powershell as an administrator.

If that doesn't work create and export your layout on a fresh install.

I had this exact message. Whilst not ideal the only way I could get it to work was to union everything and then repin it. After that it exported fine
