The generic email address to send your cancellation notification letters to is [email protected]. If that's written into the contract then I doubt that'd actually hold anywhere as it's an unfair contract - "You have to sign this if you want to cancel, but if we ignore you and refuse to send you the thing to sign then you can never cancel"
