Airserver mirroring from Macbook to Windows

Does anyone know if it's possible to mirror the desktop from a macbook on to a pc that is running airserver?

 

I've had a look and can't seem to find anything to mirror the desktop, I can mirror videos in Safari and itunes but not the desktop.

 

I've got someone coming in tomorrow to give training and they've emailed to say they have to use their macbook and connecting it by cables to the projector in our hall is not going to be possible as the pc it currently connects to is in a cupboard.

I don't get the option to airplay unless I have a video playing, I have the feeling the school macbook is too old to support it, lets hope the person coming in tomorrow has a newer one.
