Ho to print out September 2017 Class lists in SIMS.

Is there a quick way to issue set lists for next year's timetable from SIMS?

 

I've tried Class Lists and setting the date forward and that doesn't work. I am in 2107/18 as my SIMS Academic Year.

 

I'm sure there's a quick way to do this, but I can't find it!

Sorted.

 

Probably a more elegant way than this but:

 

Select an outgoing Y11 class

List comes up blank.

Use Settings from here to alter date to next academic year

Select classes

In the class lists, is there a way to set the date effective?

Reports / Student Lists / Class Lists

 

Change the "Effective Date" to some time next year - the press "Search"
