This morning they were replaced with older models but I see those too have been gobbled up. These were one of the few good deals (apart from the Phillips Hue lights, which I got the wireless pack as well) I've seen over the past day.

ZeroHour Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 So 2 of my orders had issues, one was DOA and the other was missing a part, I really cant fault how Amazon deal with these things. The missing part is on back order and the DOA is being replaced tomorrow and I have till mid August to return the defective one for free. A bunch of shops allow you to simply drop it off with them for return and Amazon takes care of everything. Its very very rare I have issues but they handled it brilliantly all over chat without the need to use a phone. I love how they send the replacement before you send the DOA back as well. Excellent service all round. 3
