We have exciting opportunities to join our IT Services team and play a key role contributing towards the on-going support, maintenance, design, development and management of our IT Services.

 

We are seeking an experienced 2nd line IT Services Engineer to join our team, to provide an excellent, customer focused service desk. You will be providing up to and including 2nd line support across a wide breadth of services and devices including; network infrastructure, AV equipment, various BYOD’s, client software, CCTV, door access and client hardware. If you have exceptional technical knowledge, communication & interpersonal skills and troubleshooting methodology then please get in touch.

 

This role is based at Cheltenham but will require flexibility and ability to travel to our other sites.
