Scan to email - Email server recommendation?

Hi all,

 

Now that I have disabled SMB1 our scan to file no longer works on our Toshiba e-Studio MFP's so I am setting up scan to email. I have setup one using office365 and it works well, but due to the password changing every 40 days or so, I wanted to use something else as do not want to keep changing the password on all the MFPs.

 

Any recommendations?

I mean, if you don't want to change password policies, you could just signup for a free email, like [email protected]

We relay our via an internal emails erver that passes it to office365. Then you only have 1 place to update the password.
