round2it Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 I need to source a reasonably priced 2 in 1 table by 2 in 1 I mean with a detachable or foldable keyboard has to be half the size of standard laptop. Thanks in advance
NB9457 Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Microsoft Surface is good, but can't remember pricing 1
Joanne Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 you could buy any tablet and just get a bluetooth keyboard to go with it. Or there are things like this... Buy Linx 10 Inch Windows 10 2GB RAM 32GB Tablet with Keyboard at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for Tablets, iPad, tablets and E-readers, Technology. - has good reviews. Assuming this is a personal thing? 1
Rob_D Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 I always liked the Asus Transformer series. Had one back when they first came out (they were really bulky back then). Amazon has them about the same price as the surface (£900 ish for an i5 model).

TechMonkey Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Microsoft Surface is good, but can't remember pricing Stupidly expensive now they have dropped the Surface 3. We are looking at Lenovo Miix and HP Probook x360s. Depends on what you consider reasonably priced and what you count as the size of a standard laptop?
localzuk Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 We bought 10 of the LINX 10's for one of our schools' SEN dept. Cheap and relatively cheerful, but they had 4GB RAM which I felt was a good thing to have in them.
MichelleC Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 (edited) The Linx comes in a 12" form now too if you fancied something a bit bigger than the 10" (looks rather like a Surface too I believe). I got pricing from @VeryPC_Colin_M recently. Edited June 7, 2017 by MichelleC 1

We are looking to get some and want to know we will be able to image them.
localzuk Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 I do, but not in that school yet. I didn't re-image them. I created a ppkg file which changed the Window 10 edition to Edu. That school deploys stuff via GPO still at the moment! 1
XiJ Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Although I'm a apple fan boi - I love the Lenovo miix. Particularly 510 model.
RichCowell Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Fujitsu Stylistic R726 - more options than the Surface 4 and prices considerably lower... Love mine, can't recommend them highly enough...
