Salary/Grade: Grade 4 point 29 - 37 (£25,951 to £32,486 FTE)

 

Contract Term: Term Time Only plus 2 days (GCSE results August) Pro Rata £22,687 - £28,477

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Data and Timetable Officer to join the school. This post is a vital role in the school, providing operational timetabling and data support to the staff, leadership team and governing body.

 

We are looking for a Data and Timetable Officer who has the skills to analyse data and construct and schedule the School’s timetable. It’s a great time to come and join us; we are in the process of moving our school information management system to SIMs. The successful candidate will be given top quality training by an external provider.

 

You will construct and schedule the school’s timetable under the direction of the Deputy Headteacher and the Data/MIS Manager. In addition to the timetable, you will support the Data/MIS Manager with Census returns and data analysis. You will be confident, have excellent problem solving skills and be a strong team player. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge will be vital to ensure your success in this role.
