DMcCoy Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 How helpful! Support line says they are "investigating the issue". Looks quite clear to me!
snagrat Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 status.rm.com isn't very informative either but been like it all morning for a lot of our schools
DMcCoy Posted May 11, 2017 Author Posted May 11, 2017 There's a status page? Be nice if it was linked from segfl somewhere.
yac2016 Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Did this issue not arise a couple of weeks ago and was well known? It's affecting Chrome browser only?
DMcCoy Posted May 11, 2017 Author Posted May 11, 2017 No, this is an expired certificate in the chain, it expired this morning. Affects IE too
dry Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Tried the cert here? From the downloads section of this page
coreykeeling Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 How helpful! Support line says they are "investigating the issue". Looks quite clear to me! We are a RM network and I think we were the first to report this issue to them as they didn't know there certificate had expired. It's annoying with Chrome because you can't even bypass the warning.
Boredguy Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 RM were aware of the issue around 11am as I'd called them up and spent 8 minutes on hold. It did take 30 mins from my call before the SWGfL status page updated to show the issue. Sometimes it does seem if the issue notification system is a tad on the slow side.
gpjt Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 I'm still having issues with this. Only in Chrome though. Anyone know of or have a fix for it please?
