Publisher problem. Any idea?

Hi.

Can anyone shed any light on this problem:

For one of our admin network users, when they load up a file in publisher that has multiple pages, they can only see the one page?

 

Ive tryed reinstallations of office, deleted app data, etc;

Still the same happens.

 

The files we've tryed works on other stations fine though.

 

Ideas?

If you open the file, then go to Print Preview, can you view all pages?
