Amazon Music on Firestick

We live on site and therefore connect to the school's wifi which has a Smoothwall firewall. We have an Amazon Firestick and use Amazon Music - we have Prime membership, however Amazon Music will not stream music on the firestick. It does work on every other device (ipad, iPhone, laptop, android phone ) and it will work on the firestick when we connect to the wifi of a neighbouring cafe.

 

Any ideas on how to solve this one?

OK. That's interesting.... Not sure why this is happening

It is very frustrating - a track will load ready to play but simply won't stream anything

Do you have access to the Smoothwall? Can you check its filtering logs?
